SHIPPING
Free shipping applies to domestic orders above $50 (pre-tax). For domestic orders under $50, ground service is $7.95. Any expedited service costs are calculated by weight.
We typically ship within 3 business days from when your order is received. We ship via FedEx and will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders can be requested through email.
CANCELLATIONS
If for any reason you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 business day of your order placement. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped.
RETURNS
Please make your returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for return, items must be unused and in brand new condition. For returns please follow the instructions on the back of your packing slip. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
We are not responsible for return shipping costs or items that were sent to us and lost in transit. For your protection, we recommend shipping via a service which issues a tracking number. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 14 business days to complete your return and apply credit.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only available on mis-sent orders or damaged/defective items. If this has occurred, please email us. If you would like to return your item and desire a new item, please place a new order and make a return.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you have received a defective or damaged item, please email us so that we can make corrections.
